The Products purchased from Show Quality Dogs can be cancelled / returned as per the conditions mentioned below.

  1. Before Shipping
    1. In a case you want to cancel any order, and the product is not yet shipped/scheduled for shipped at any of our warehouse, you may cancel the order.
    2. 100% Refund will be issued in this case
    3. In a situation, where the customer has availed for EMI or any other Bank Discount, the Customer has to contact directly to the Bank for the reversal of any charges levied by the Bank.
  2. Scheduled for Shipping
    1. In a case the Products have been Scheduled for Ship, the Orders can be cancelled subject to Processing Charges
    2. Processing Charges for Cancellation an Order in such a case is 10% of the Invoice Value.
  3. Shipped
    1. In an uncertain event, that Buyer wants to cancel any order, and the product is already shipped, means it has been scanned by the Logistic Partner, the same cannot be cancelled.
    2. Such orders are marked for RTO.
    3. RTO Cancelled Orders are refunded but a Two-Sided Shipping Charge is deducted from the Buyer’s Amount which is generally 25% of the Invoice Value.
  4. Delivered
    1. Any Issue discovered at the point of delivery, will be restored to original as per Website specifications first.
    2. The Brand offers a refund if it fails to restore the product to the original.
    3. Return Requested without any issue can be considered after educating 25% as Two-Sided Shipping Charges

  1. Damage Product Received(POD Remarks Mandatory).
  2. Defective Product received(POD Remarks Mandatory).
  3. Wrong Product Received
  4. The product does not comply with specifications

Not Covered

  1. Return due to change of mind.
  2. Minor changes due to Fabric Color/Technical Advancement/Model Upgrade/MTO/Special Design
  3. Return Request after the complaint/issue is resolved.
  4. Damages less than 10% of overall product.
  5. Damages due to Mishandling/Installation/Lack of Know-How/In-Transit Damage/Courier Damage.

If you wish to return any product, please write a mail on info@showqaulitydogs.com highlighting the concern within 48 hours of delivery of the product. The product you want to return should be in unused condition.

Show Quality Dogs will arrange a reverse pickup for the damaged product at its own cost in such a case. Once the Product is returned and verified by Show Quality Dogs, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer, post verification.

in any contradict, Decision of the Brand will be final.
